If clients reschedule/cancel less than 24 hours, there is a $50 fee. If a client is 10+ mins late for their appointment, it will affect their quality in service, they will not be treated properly – or it will be considered as missing their appointment and they’ll have to reschedule.

If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please call us 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a $50 fee, or a deduction off your package. Anything less than 24 hours notice, same day cancellation/rescheduling, no shows – will be charged $50 fee.

If you are running late, please let us know so we may act according to our schedule and for other clients to ensure everyone gets the proper quality treatment. For late arrivals, certain area(s) may not be treated or may need to reschedule.

You need to have pigment in the hair. No blonde, strawberry blonde, red or gray hair. Our Elite IQ machine works great for all skin tones/types/textures!

Generally 7 sessions. Typically 9 for hormonal areas (face, underarms, navel, and areas related to Brazilian). For men, usually 9-12 sessions.

It feels like pinches of static shock, though the cooling system cryogen makes the treatment tolerable.
It’ll be at the same pace of your hair growth cycle but you will notice the hair shed. The hair growth cycle will start slowing down by at least the 3rd treatment since it is a gradual treatment.
Yes, along with pregnancy comes a lot of hormones, and hormones produce hair. It will reproduce the hair that has been treated under laser. Though, a doctor’s note is needed if sessions were to continue.
It varies depending on the area(s) being treated.
There’s no risk or downtime on doing HR. You will have to have the area shaved, no working out for the rest of the day to avoid skin irritation, no hot showers/saunas/hot tubs, and keep away from sun 2 weeks prior and after. The next day you can go back to your regular routine.

There may be temporary reddening, burning, swelling, bruising, or discoloration of the treated area. Possible blistering, scarring, or folliculitis – which may take several days to resolve.

No taking biotin/collagen supplements under treatment, no antibiotics 2 weeks prior to appointment, and no sun exposure 2 weeks before and after treatment. Please come in with a shaved area, unless otherwise told by esthetician.

Yes! It is normal, it can be caused by:
1. Increase of settings
2. Dry shaving before the treatment. We highly recommend you avoid any intensive working out and hot showers. Also, apply Curel lotion on the areas to help with the itchiness. It will subside between the 1st or 2nd week.

Yes, it is normal. This indicates that your follicles are currently swollen from the heat of the laser. It will subside between 5-10 minutes depending on the sensitivity of your skin.

Yes, it is normal. This reaction is caused by an increase of settings, it indicates that the follicles are currently irritated by the heat of the laser, it will subside between 1-2 days depending on the sensitivity of your skin. We highly recommend you to apply Curel lotion to avoid itchiness of the skin.
