If clients reschedule/cancel/no shows less than 24 hours, there is a $50 fee. If a client is 10+ mins late for their appointment, it will affect their quality in service, they will not be treated properly – or it will be considered as missing their appointment and they’ll have to reschedule.

We appreciate having you as a client, and we’ll do our best to provide the utmost professionalism. As we do our best to schedule your appointment at your convenient time – we ask that you also respect our time by providing us with an advanced notice for any cancellation/reschedule.

If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a $50 fee, or a deduction off your package.
